Artwork Ownership vs. Copyright Ownership

The purchase of artwork conveys ownership of the physical artwork only.

All copyrights, reproduction rights, publishing rights, merchandising rights, licensing rights, digital rights, AI-training rights, and derivative-work rights remain exclusively with Topher Straus Fine Art, LLC unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement signed by Topher Straus Fine Art, LLC.

Purchasing artwork does not grant the purchaser the right to:

Reproduce the artwork
Create prints or copies
Publish the artwork
Use the artwork in advertising or commercial materials
Create derivative works
Mint NFTs based on the artwork
Use the artwork for machine learning or artificial intelligence training
License the artwork to third parties

Limited Editions

Limited Edition, Special Edition, Collector's Edition, and Original artworks are offered subject to availability.

Edition sizes, numbering, pricing, release schedules, and availability may change without notice.

Ownership of a Limited Edition artwork does not include ownership of copyright or reproduction rights.

Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display artwork colors, dimensions, and details.

Because monitor settings, mobile devices, printers, and display technologies vary, actual artwork colors and appearance may differ slightly from what is displayed online.

Third-Party Services
