Topher Straus Solo Show at Boulder’s R Gallery 

“Topher Straus: Boldest” runs December 2, 2022 – January 5, 2023

(Boulder, CO) R Gallery in Boulder announces “Topher Straus: Boldest” a solo show of artist Topher Straus’ modern, stylized panoramas. In addition to work from his ever-expanding National Parks series and other landscapes, he will be debuting new pieces for this exhibit. R Gallery was among the first to recognize Straus’ unique eye and how he applies technology to translate the recognizable forms and colors of natural vistas into eye-catching graphic works of art. The show runs through the holiday season, December 2, 2022–January 5, 2023. The public is invited to view and purchase art and enjoy the wine bar at R Gallery, 2027 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado during regular gallery hours, Tuesday–Saturday 11am-9pm, Sunday and Monday 11am-6pm and for the following special events:

• Preview Brunch with Artist: November 27, 2022
• Opening Reception: December 2, 2022
• Artist Talk: December 14, 2022
• Closing Reception: January 5, 2023

Straus is thrilled to have a solo exhibition with Boulder’s R Gallery and states, “They were one of my first galleries as I was starting out and the community of Boulder has really supported my work. I’ll be showing work that hasn’t ever been seen and there will be a lot of fun events. Fill your holiday with art and culture. I hope to see you!” 

R Gallery is a local focused fine art gallery and wine bar in downtown boulder. Topher Straus currently lives and works above Denver in the foothills of Golden, Colorado surrounded by the wilderness that inspires his powerful statement pieces. His process merges technology with an artist’s eye for form and color to highlight the essence of each subject matter, allowing his digital creations to pop off the metal substrate he prints on.
