Each Topher Straus original and limited edition is fabricated as the editions are ordered. Once your painting is finished, it will be packed securely in ahighly durable double-wall, specialty corrugated box or wooden crate. It will arrive at your door, ready to hang, right out of the box.

We ship worldwide on quality freight carriers and only provide the best protection for your new art. If, however, if you notice any damages you can refuse the shipment and it will be returned so we can file a claim. 

• Notify us within 2 days of receipt and include your order number.
• Take a picture of the damage on the box, the damage on the print, and the shipping label.
• Send 3 pictures of the damage within 2 days of receipt to topher@topherstraus.com along with a phone call to notify.
• We will take care of the rest!
