About Kennebunkport and Acadia
Kennebunkport has been a summer harbor town since the nineteenth century, its working waterfront and shingled boathouses lit up at dusk along the Kennebunk River. Up the coast on Mount Desert Island, Acadia was the first national park east of the Mississippi, and Jordan Pond, framed by the rounded peaks called the Bubbles, is its most famous reflection.
